head to bro's place and baby R napped from car ride, all tired from the running, climbing and crying... i didnt rest, i started to take out a nice packet of origami paper i found while packing the room to cut the big square down to many smaller squares... for a project i want to work on with baby R... it is linked to a story book i borrowed for her from the library. Ms Helen might be able to guess the character of the book i borrowed! cos the first time i saw this character was from a book you read to the class! while baby R slept, i traced Maisy on 2 white paper so she can do some colouring... she was willing to sit and and tried to colour alittle here and there... she watched me do the rainbow colour on Maisy instead... the pic on the left was done by baby R last week! think she somehow prefer markers than crayons.
Tried my luck with my memory to see if i could still remember how to make a paper ball and i was glad i managed to make a neat ball and baby R was excited to see what happens to the flat paper as she count 123, i blew the ball up! i bought a set of ikea scissors, one flat blade and the other was zigzag... i prefer to give baby R the zigzag for cutting on her own.. she loves to do things on her own and i do let her handle the scissors with rules told to her 1st and i always eye on her. I would tell her no walking about with the scissors and if she wants to walk away, the scissors stays on the table. Sadly, i always kinda waste paper cos i always grab the nice bits and pieces of paper which is meant for my notes and forget to tear some magazines pages to put into our going out bag...
working so hard with the preps for upcoming crafts, i ate my mum's yummy cooking slowly and sat at the dining table for the longest time... devils' curry, fried fish and the kangkong... warms my tummy... best to top of the dinner with dessert and bro bought nice durian cake from Jane's Cake Station from Jalan Kayu! i feel so rewarded with the prep and of cos the durian cake even thou i had to bear with the pain in my back and tight tummy, kicked numerous time by my baby #2... why do i have to do it now? i can't imagine when the 2nd baby arrives, the kind of time i have each day to do anything else... these tidious preparations for crafts takes TIME... i still want to share some good time with baby R and not deprive her ... how well will i handle both babies? i rather prep what i can, have things stand by then not being prepared at all!
