Asian Civilisation Museum

After the short meetup and we had to hurry off to meet the rest of the family for the Terracota Army exhibition! We were half and hour late! Because of the F1 race there were some blockage and gx dropped us pretty far at Arts House and we had to walk with a napping baby in popo's arms to the Asian Civilisation Museum! I did tell mum to jus talk to baby R alittle and she would wake up and walk on her own... she is pretty good at knowing who can carry her and who can't! If she knows daddy is the one carrying her she would continue to nap but knowing popo's leg can't walk well, she would wake up and true enough baby R walked on her own all the way to the museum! wished mum trusted me from the start... "old people" all so stubborn!

this museum doesnt have their own car park and there are limited roadside lots... to me, parking at the Fullerton hotel would be the closest you can get but it would be expensive! if not the nearby offices are definitely closer than where gx managed to find lots... the parliment house. We werent on time but we were not the lastest! love these long benches and while waiting for the rest, we stop by to rest.

So my info for free entry was right but for the special exhibition Terracota Warriors is chargable!
With 3 Passioncards, we paid about $27+ for 11 adults and Cousin L got in free with her student card!
Baby R went in FREE!

we checked out the Singapore River exhibition before heading in to the main exhibition.
I joked with Uncle J that he should backcomb his hair more and wear black frames...

the kiddos were shocked when the pieces fell off the terracota warrior!
there were 2 sculptures for people to try their hands on fixing the armour for the soldiers!

there were some modern art pieces before the actual thousand years old art work
